Colored sand in more than 1500 colors

Valli Colored Sand is a natural sand that is washed, dried and then artificially colored.

The dyeing process uses pure pigments, natural oxides and synthetic resins, which give the granule a high resistance to water and light.

Valli Granulati has an archive of over 1500 colours and is capable of producing endless customized colors, in several grain sizes.

It is a completely non-toxic sand, obtained with a process that does not alter the pH values, and is perfectly compatible with plants and animals.

COLORED SAND

Colored Sand manufactured in Valli Granulati, is available in every color of RAL scale and can be customized in every single color.

The dye process happens in three phases: the sand is washed so that the impurity disappear, the sand is dried and then dyed.

We also make a dithering process that makes sand brighter, and that avoid the release of powder.

CERAMICIZED SAND

Valli Granulati offers its own customers two different types of colored sand: colored quartz and colored calcium carbonate.

These two different row materials give sand a different brightness that varies from colors to colors.

Both these two kind of sand are non-toxic, they are both used in different fields: resin floorings, wall cladding, synthetic grass fields, locations for events, showcases decoration, aquariums and decoration.
